The Hand Select is an additional hand sort of staves from the Very Tight Grain wood stack. Expect subtle aromatic, seamless integration of fruit and a long, fine tannin finish. An exceptional barrel.
228L Burgundy or 225L Bordeaux shape.
Available Toast levels: Light/Medium Light/Medium Long/Medium/Medium + or Heavy toast.
Seasoning: Standard or 3 year.
